It's designed to subtract from it. Lessons are self-contained with teacher notes, quizzes grade themselves with explanations, and the faculty console flags who needs help before marks fall. Teachers run a 2-day orientation before the first term — no AI background needed. The AI tutor handles doubt-clearing volume; teachers handle judgement.
The Mitra tutor is syllabus-locked and eval-gated: every release passes a 240-case test suite covering age-appropriateness, refusal of exam-answer requests, and off-topic deflection. Teachers see a full interaction log. Try it in the live demo — ask it for quiz answers and watch it coach instead.
